Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance is a set of eight coordinated movements, practices in slow, flowing motion. These movements help older adults gain good body alignment, improve their balance, and reduce the likelihood of falling.
Beginner class starts February 4--Tuesdays/Thursdays from 10-11am.
Advanced class* starts February 3--Mondays/Wednesdays from 10-11am.

PARENTS NIGHT OUT
Let us take care of your children on February 14 from 6-9pm. Let our trained staff watch your children while you enjoy an evening out! Your children will have an exciting, safe, and enjoyable night that includes: pizza, arts & crafts, swimming, and more! For children ages 3 to 12 and they must be potty trained. $20 first child, $5 for each additional child.
