Facility Usage Opportunities

The Fergus Falls YMCA has many different spaces and opportunities for rentals.  Much of our facility can be rented by groups, businesses and families for a variety of gatherings ranging from private parties, community events or business meetings. 

• Community Room – This room is perfect for parties, reunions, organizational meetings and events. The room seats up to 75 people and use of the adjacent kitchen is included.  The YMCA can also provide a projector, screen, PA system and podium.  The community room is available to rent between Labor Day and Memorial Day only.
• Pool Observation Room - Need a semi-private area to host a small gathering, club or business meeting?  The pool observation room seats up to 20 people and coffee can be provided. 
• Pool – Host a pool party. Our pool is crystal clear and kept at 85 degrees and is available to rent for parties up to 25 people. 
• Gym Space – When available gym space can be rented for recreational opportunities or hosting an event. 
• Ask us about using a small meeting space like the pool observation area or to use the main lobby for a festive gathering.
• Birthday Parties - We also have a Bounce House, and a Game Room.

Please note that all potential rentals are subject to space and availability.
