"As a personal trainer, I want to challenge and educate you simultaneously. Programs are designed to be personalized to you and your goals. I strive to create workouts that will aid in pain relief and improve everyday functionality. Most importantly, workouts are supposed to be fun"! Blake has been with the Y since Fall of 2022. When he isn't personal training, you can find him at the front desk in the membership department. Fun fact, Blake rocked a perm when he was in high school.
"I graduated from Liberty University with both my Bachelor's and Master's degree in Exercise Science. I have been a personal trainer since 2018 and have taught both CrossFit and Cycling. I have worked with a wide variety of clientele, from athletes with specific goals, to adults just kicking off their fitness journey. My favorite part of being a trainer and coach is watching my clients gain confidence in who they are and what they are capable of".
"I'm currently studying for a B.S. in Kinesiology and am a collegiate basketball player. I have played at the D2 level in New York but have transferred to M-State Fergus Falls due to an injury. I have had lots of experience at the collegiate level training with some of the best trainers around. I have gained the knowledge and skill to bring athletic development to inspiring athletes. My goal as a trainer is to help my clients achieve their goals and chase their dreams; because I too was once a client looking for a trainer to help me reach my dreams."
RYT 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor. She is qualified to train in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra and more. She is passionate about teaching anatomy-based yoga that makes sense for each individual. "One of the things I love most about yoga is its ability to be a completely unique experience to every individual practicing, every single time."
