Trainer-Led classes are fee based and run in monthly sessions. Fees vary based on total days in session. Registration and payment must be made in full prior to the start of the session. You may transfer your spot in class to another YMCA member if you are unable to attend. No fee adjustments will otherwise be made. Member and non-member walk-in rates available space permitting. All levels, all core, all the time. The TRX trainer actively engages your core while you safely perform a multitude of functional movement exercises to build power and strength, gain flexibility and balance, and increase mobility, all while working at an intensity that is customized for your fitness level. Sessions run on a monthly schedule. Fees vary based on total days in session, and will be calculated at the time of registration. TRX classes are reserved for members only.

Join Service Food at the YMCA on February 11th at 5:15pm to prepare and sample Turkey Chili and Veggie Lahvash Pizza. Participants will go home with recipes and a serving of chili.
