Adult Fitness Classes

We offer a variety* of Adult Fitness Classes in addition to providing numerous cardiovascular and strength training machines.

Due to a software coding issue, we are unable to offer on-line class enrollment at this time. You can however, call in and reserve your spot in a class with a credit card.

We reserve the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment.

CLASS OFFERINGS

ABSOLUTE ABS
This 20 minute class targets the abdominal, oblique, and lower back (recter) muscles. this calss will work towards a stronger, leaner core. Core strength is very important to every physical activity. All fitness ablities are welcome.

AM STRETCH
AM Stretch will ease muscle tension, increase flexibility, and range of motion. You'll feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

BODY BLAST
Body Blast is a 60 minute class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles into LEAN muscle while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning. You will work and tone areas such as glutes, hamstrings, thighs, shoulders, abs, chest, biceps, triceps, and more. Body Blast will give you better posture, reduce body fat and increase muscle tone and definition, WITHOUT the bulk.[/U]

BODY BLAST EXPRESS
This fitness class will pack all body shaping, muscle defining moves from Body Blast into 40 minutes just in time for you to be back at work.

BOSU BOOTCAMP
Join the latest craze with BOSU Fitness. Come and challenge your core stability while sculpting your major muscle groups to a brand new type of exercise routine. Thiis 25 minute class will define your muscles while leaving your core feeling stronger than ever!

BUSY MOM BOOTCAMP
High energy class combines strength training and cardio vascular exercise into an aggressive class for the intermediate exercise enthusiast. you will sculpt and define twice a week for 60 minutes while incorporating a cardio burn into your schedule. Class will utilize various equipment and bodyweight exercises.

CARDIO BLAST
This is a cardiovascular workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy, high intensity interval training class will combine cardio, strength and stabilization exercises without the use of weights. This class can be modified for the beginner exerciser to the more experienced exercise enthusiast.

FIRST TIME FITNESS
Are you new to group fitness? Have you thought of trying a fitness class before but just haven't signed up? This class is for you! First Time Fitness will explore all the modalities of exercises training in a group setting to help you realize what type of exercise you like the most. Don't hae an hour to devote everyday? First Time Fitness will only take you 30 minutes and will have you excited about going to the gym.

HIIT it with TURBO
New in the Fall of 2010 - This class is designed after the new and high energy workout "Turbo Fire". You'll torch more calories than regular cardio while doing both Turbo Fire workouts and high intensity interval training. The music will move you and you'll rev up your metabolism.

MOMMY MELTDOWN - Summer Only
A one week variety packed class that will run at the same time as Monkey Madness. This group exercise setting will explore cardiovascular exercises, strength training and more with a different mode of exercise for each of the 5 days. Class will be lead by our Personal Trainer.

PILATES
Based on the exercises originally designed by Joseph Pilates, this is a highly effective conditioning method that works your core, abdominals, lower back, thighs, and hips. Each movement emphasizes purpose, body alignment, and breathing. You’ll build strength, increase flexibility, and deepen body awareness. Our Pilates classes involve traditional mat work in combination with the use of bands, weights, and stability balls.

STABILITY BALL
This workout wil lbe a beginners level stability ball based class incorporating all major muscle groups along with core muscle conditioning. You will use a combination of free weights and body weight exercises to maximize your workout and minimize the time.

TEAM TREADMILL
We all know that cardiovascular training is good for our spirit, mind and body, bud do you hate being on the treadmill? If you do, join our Team Treadmill class and never workout on the treadmill alone again. Feel inspired and motivated during your workout led by our certified staff as you burn away the calories and minutes on the way to achieving your goals.

WOW- WOMEN ON WEIGHTS
Led by a woman, for women. This four session course will demonstrate, motivate and educate women on the importance and function of strength training with weights. Feel inspired by our energetic staff and bring all your qustions about strength training to the table.
